At MISO Groceries, we deliver quality, freshness, and convenience — right to your door, on your schedule.

Upon ordering, you are more than welcome to provide special instructions such as a gate code, garage code, or request for items to be placed inside the garage.

If you’d like a text message with a photo of the delivered items, simply include that in your delivery notes — our driver will gladly send you a confirmation text with an image once your order is dropped off.

 Delivery Slots

We currently offer 2 scheduled deliveries per area, both before 6.00PM, to ensure freshness and timely fulfillment.

• Choose your preferred morning delivery slot at checkout
• Same-day delivery available in most zones when ordered before 12 PM
• Expanded delivery windows every 2 hours coming soon

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience.

• Drivers may be able to provide coin change, but we recommend having the exact amount ready
• If exact change isn’t available, we may round up to the nearest dollar

Example:
If your order total is $27.72 and you pay with $30.00, the driver may return $2.28. If coin change isn't available, the amount may be rounded up to $28.00, and the driver will return $2.00 instead of coins.

Temperature-Controlled Delivery

All orders are transported in portable coolers and freezers to preserve product quality and freshness until they reach your home.
